My knee condition has drastically improved over the past 3 months, she constantly pushes me to do my best. Having suffered from a slipped disk many years ago (L4/L5), I have been to a myriad of physiotherapists over the years, many considered the best in the city of Mumbai. My search for sustained relief and a preventive course of action ended with Vidya, who has been the most patient, methodical, caring and scientific. Many of the exercises she makes me do are unique to her treatment and speak to her thorough thought process and deep methods, which allow for sustained relief. She has also helped my mother (aged 65) post her sustaining a double ankle fracture and helped her regain her confidence in walking again.
