The tests that needed to be conducted were done in a quick n thorough manner. However I was a bit surprised when I was told that if I needed to understand my test reports from the doctor I would be charged extra consultation fee. I feel making the patient understand about his/her report should be part of the test package and should not be charged separately.

It was very very bad experience my appointment with doctor was at 8:30 am but doctor arrived at 9:30 am and then he said that he do not take a case of small baby, he just recommend us some other doctor and for that he charged me Rs. 500
It was very worst experience.
