I recently visited 32 Pearls Dental Clinic for a root canal treatment and dental cleaning, and my experience was excellent. The entire process was explained clearly before starting, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the treatment.

The root canal procedure was completely painless and done with ***** care and precision. I was quite nervous at first, but the doctor and the staff were extremely patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the treatment. The cleaning procedure was also very thorough, and my teeth felt much fresher and healthier afterward.

The clinic is very clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. The staff members are polite, supportive, and always ready to help. I truly appreciate the professionalism and attention given to every detail.

One area of improvement (actually more of a suggestion): I see that the doctor's clinic responds to negative feedback / criticism, which is great. I would also love to see the doctor acknowledge/respond-to positive feedback too. It'll help strengthen the doctor-patient relationship. :)
