One area of improvement (actually more of a suggestion): I see that the doctor's clinic responds to negative feedback / criticism, which is great. I would also love to see the doctor acknowledge/respond-to positive feedback too. It'll help strengthen the doctor-patient relationship. :)

I was looking consultation for my dental problems and guidance for proper treatment. Dr. Reshma in her 1st visit gave me a clear picture of issues I have and what procedure will be required for my treatment of gums. Under Dr. Reshma's guidance I was treated by Dr. Ankita and Dr. Pooja, both very professional and were always available for any query I had after the treatment.
