Whether you are working out in your gym, training for your sport or the marathon, or simply keeping healthy, we have lots of good advice, can help you become more efficient, and get the most out of your time. For your appointment, we ask you to please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in as well as your sports shoes. Shorts or tights for legs, singlet or vest for arms. And to bring any recent investigations you may already have Ultrasound Scans, MRI, X-Ray. We aim to provide you with the best care at a time most convenient to you. At your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes before you to complete personal health details and to change clothes if you need to. We ask you to arrange your travel time accordingly so to reach your appointment on time.Our staff will call to confirm your appointment the day before your appointment. Should you not be able to attend you can let us know to cancel the appointment at that time, and then we can book in another patient who is waiting for an earlier time. In this busy city, we all know it's difficult to schedule at the last minute so we appreciate your cooperation. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel within 24 hours if your appointment time a full cancellation fee is charged. Stay well!
