I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder and minor rotator cuff tear recently with extreme pain and very limited range of motion in my shoulder. I have undergone two weeks of treatment with Dr. Roja at Activelife physio center. Dr Roja is a very professional and skilled doctor and she listens to patient queries very patiently. She assessed me on a daily basis and modified treatment as and when needed. After the course of treatment now I am feeling far better in terms of pain and movement with my shoulder.
