Consulted the doctor for Depression. Firstly I didn’t know I was going thru depression. The doctor explained it in detail. I got so much confidence there itself. She gave medicines and did counselling also.I feel bad I didn’t visit any psychiatrist for so long. I got better now, thanks to Soumya Mam.
