Dr. Praveen Varma is one of those rare doctors who cares about patients health and focuses on treatment than anything else. None of that pretentious caring behaviour, just straight to the point and curious and careful about what the patient is going through. I’m very happy for running into Dr. Praveen. I would only visit him for medical advice.

This doctor has not spent anytime with the patient. He wrote a prescription with both antibiotics and anti flu. ** ** ** ******** **** he doesn’t care to do swab test to verify if it’s bacterial infection or viral.*** *** *** *** * *********** ** **** * ****** Such a pathetic experience.
NEVER EVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR
Visited For Tuberculosis (TB) Treatment
The doctor seems very arrogant and money minded. We came to see him with a patient who was Mantoux positive. I had asked for Igra test but he instead suggested 3 blood tests and 2 scans (because Shatayu is a diagnostic center). When everything was negative, then he got an Igra test done to establish Latent TB. The patient's cough hasn't gone away and we went for a review today. He said that it is happening because the patient didn't take the Nebulizer treatment and just wrote on the file that "continue the same". I asked him whether Nebulizer needs to happen for 7 days or for months (as her ATT is going on). He said that I won't answer ridiculous questions. After minutes of arguing rather than answering my question, he closed the file and asked us to leave.
A good doctor should be calm, composed and at the least talk respectfully with the patient (and their families). However ridiculous the questions are, please reply atleast respectfully. I am disappointed in saying that Dr Praveen failed in doing so. He is one of those guys who have that air about them that everyone else is an illiterate and don't deserve me.

*** ** *** ***** ******* **** * **** ******** Doesn't pay attention to what you are saying at all. I was out after seeing him in less than 2 mins on 2 visits. Gave me medicines but no medicine for fever. After taking medicines I started having fever every 4hrs and had to take Dolo 650mg even though it wasn't prescribed by him. Went to him after 2 days & told him that there is no improvement. Doc said very conveniently that probably inflammation has increased but you continue with same medicines & told me to take Calpol 650mg 4 times a day for 3 days. The fever kept on coming until I changed the doctor who prescribed a different treatment for me.

It's an online consultation. Doctor did give treatment as per covid protocol *** ***** ** ** ************** But, as it's a critical disease, we asked a few questions/clarifications on the treatment to be 100% sure and he gets immediately frustrated. After 2 weeks of treatment, we have done many tests as other Drs have suggested online and we showed results to him and asked if there is anything to worry about and asked about steroid dosage risks that he suggested. He said asked the dr who suggested those tests and ask the Dr who said there are risks with steroids. When I asked him, why those test results are showing some infection after covid course is over, he said I am not at your disposal and he just ended the call abruptly. That is very rude.
Later, we went to another Dr, *** *** ********* ******** *** *** **********
