When I had a appointment for a particular time, the doctor should meet, and not tell me that she is on rounds and will come after 20minutes.Very unprofessional.
If you have a scheduled rounds time, you should mention it clearly. I respect your time, so should you also,specially when I have a sick child and to save your and my time have booked an appointment.
