I had to book an online consultation through Practo because of my inability to contact the regular pediatrician. Dr Lakshmi was not only unfriendly but quite overbearing when he was asked questions. 'You are questioning a pediatrician' is what he said twice upon being asked if the medications might have a side effect. He didn't ask any questions related to teeting or didn't even ask if my baby had teeth but his finding was 'teething syndrome' and he attributed the loose motions to it. My intention is not to question his knowledge because I wouldn't have consulted him if I were eager to use my own judgement about the medicines. However, as a mother of an infant I was right in asking my doubts. He refused to give any explanation whatsoever and was in a rush to cut the video call. For every doubt, he said he would write the prescription. I think I would now think twice before opting online consultation via Practo.

we urgently needed help almost at midnight coz our son had ear pain and was not able to sleep. Dr. Munirathi was kind enough to attend to our call at that time of night and prescribe medication to ease our son's pain. we immediately got the medication and our son slept peacefully through the night. A very Big thank you to Dr Munirathi for his availability and helping us.

1. Spoke with me for less than a couple of minutes2. First advised that antibiotics won't help. Then prescribed a medication that was itself an antibiotic without informing that it was an antibiotic.3. Abruptly ended the call in a couple of minutes saying that other patients are waiting.4. I am a consultant myself who provides advise on law but I deal with my clients more patiently, and with empathy.5. He advised to avoid ORS, but I had to ask how to hydrate otherwise.

Have consulted him when my son was having 104 temp..Sorry to say but the dr was too rude and was very impatient listening to the problem that my son had and also i had to tell him twice or thrice about my son's age and after that also in the prescription he wrote wrong age *** **** *** ********* ********** *** ***** ** he didnt cared about even the child's age.Also he was lying down in his bed while having video call conversation that was so unprofessional.He was really sounding disinterested.First time i had so bad experience with practo.

i have consulted doctor online for my 2year old baby regarding loose motion medicine prescribed by the doctor was not avbl in Bangalore reputed pharmacy requested doctor to change the medicine which is available in stores but there was no fruitful reply . please every one avoid this app and doctor better vist physically. this app is not recommended at all and also the doctor

I have contacted twice this doctor for my 1and half month baby .First she was facing issue while passing gas and she havnt passed still from past 2days , video construction for 1st was okey he prescribed the 2drops one for colic issue and other to help passing stool in a smooth way. Got colic drops in the near by city but the other wasn’t available in local city and apolo, other chemist in Bangalore itself.

2nd time I have contacted my baby had issue while breathing she used to feel difficult breath bcos of her nose blockage, used doctor prescribed medication for 3days and there was no effect so again txted the doctor saying about this but I wasn’t happy with his reply he didn’t explain what was her health issue , he didn’t tell even after using medication why it didn’t reduce so was not happy with this consultation

Doctor answered all questions and checked the baby as per provided info. will suggest him as he clearly answered all the questions asked

great experience, i did consultation for my 2 yers old baby on 15th jun 2021 and i used to ping him through practo daily if any question /concerns, this great doctor he used to respond for every query and treated us very well....

Had a great experience with this doctor. My kid fell down and had a injury to his lips and it was almost night(9:00).. So, I contacted Lakshmi Narayana sir through Practo. The medicines he suggested have cured my son in a very short time.

he helped me to get rid of stomach pain and now I am totally fine the service was also great.recommended
