I underwent Lipoma operation on 27th Jan by Dr. Geetha Nagasree and Dr. Venkatesh Babu (Cosmo) at Care Hi-Tech City and post the operation on 3rd Feb I had to undergo surgery again for Hematoma by same doctors. Post that I have an appointment today to remove my drain and I had a very bad experience with Dr. Venkatesh Babu who refused to attend to me unless I make a payment for consultation for post-operative drain removal. Dr. Geeta is very good and she got stuck in operation hence asked him to attend as he is one of the main doctors. Even when Dr. Geetha mentioned that this should be treated as post-operative, he did not listen. In fact, when he came down to see us he checked at the reception whether we made payment and left without even making eye contact with us. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant behavior and I did complain this to GM Operations - Dr. Shashikanth as Dr. Ravi Kiran CFOO is away. I would request to look into this seriously and ensure there is a proper post-care is provided by doctors *** **** ********* ****** ** *** ********** ** ***** ******* ****** *** will not recommend him for any however good he is at his skill. I did pay him at Cosmo when I visited as it is not the place where I got operated but asking me to pay again at Care for post-operative treatment to remove y drain is unacceptable *** ******* *** ****** ********** ** ********* ** **** **** *****
