proper time,less nutrient dense foods in a daily food plate,lack of physical activity, less water intake ,more

                                                                          4) Try to do exercise daily for minimum of 30-45mins for

                                                                               overall healthy body organs functioning.

                                                                            5) Try to drink sufficient of water minimum of 2.5 to maxmium of

                                                                                3 to 3.5 ltrs in a whole day.

                                                                                6) Try to avoid consuming alcohol in excess/smoking                                                                                                         cigarettes/ chewing tobacco etc.   

                                                                                7) Try to do either yoga or meditation for minimum of 20 mins

                                                                                       either in evening time orelse 1hr before going to bed.

                                                                                 8) Try to chew foods properly while eating for proper digestion

                                                                                        of foods.

                                                                                   and last but not the least 9) Try to do regular full body check 

                                                                                                 up on each 3-6months gaps.
