1. Brushing twice daily is the best practise
  2. Change tooth brush after every 3 months
  3. Change tooth brush after the session of cold or cough
  4. Use tongue cleaner to remove deposits from tongue 
  5. Use dental floss instead of toothpicks
  6. Rinse mouth with plain water after every meal or snacks
  7. Using chewing gums is good practise
  8. To avoid coffee and tea stains, try rinsing mouth with water after atleast 30 mins of having them
  9. Use fluoridated tooth paste for kids under 10 yrs to avoid caries
  10. Avoid using medicated tooth brush without consulting your dental expert
  11. Visit your dentist for check up every 6 months
