If you improve your eating habits and lifestyle according to your body needs then your skin, hair and body will not suffer. Here are some tips to guide you on how to take care of your body, skin and hair better for forties.
Calcium and Magnesium
If you are in late thirties, start extra caring for your body, start taking calcium and magnesium which is found in abundance in the milk produce, white sesame seeds, and coconut water. Try to eat the food, fruits and vegetables, rich in calcium, especially raw fruits, juices and salads. It improves the formation and circulation of blood in the skin. Your skin will have a natural glow and stamina.
Another major thing is sleep, the renewal, the repairing and new cell formation happens during the sleep time, so if you are not taking the sleep improperly, your new skin cells will not form properly.
Start any light exercise, you can start walking, yoga, a little bit of meditation so that your brain stays relaxed, and your body feels energized.
Before going to bed wash you face and apply some warm milk on the cotton and clean your case with that. Mix some almond oil and wheat germ oil, apply on the face. This helps in the renewal of the skin, healthy formation of new cells which will make you look young. If you want to use a scrub, do not use a scrub that is harsh on the skin.
Once a week massage the hair thoroughly with curd, mix 1 tablespoon of curd with equal amount of oil, and apply it on the root of the hairs.
Try to include dry fruits in your diet. Almonds are very good anti oxidants, which removes the impurities from the blood, so when the blood is healthy you won’t face any problems and you will be more energetic.
Drinking about 10 glass of water is very essential. Drinking water keeps your skin hydrated, your blood viscosity normal, detoxifies the body, the internal organs works properly, so take at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.
