1. Take adequate of water

2. Dont let your body to dehydrate much

3. Dont go outfrom 12 pm to 3 pm

4. Use cotton dresses

5. Avoid riding in Two wheelers

6. Have a Waterbottle with u always

7. Take more of fresh juices

8. Lemonade and orange juices will help in preventing Urinary tract infection

9. Wash your face immediately after coming from travelling 

10.Dont  sit in Ac Or fan immediately after travelling.
