Diwali is coming! The festival of colors and sweets to rebuild the warmth and togetherness of loved ones. In order to remain fit, you can do just very simple things.
1) Drink 2 glasses of water early morning, followed by 1 glass of warm water at bedtime to destress your body.

3) Take lemon water / green tea / cinnamon or lemon grass water to remain fit even after consuming sweets, chocolates, drinks, fried food etc, as these help in managing your fat intake and help in removing toxins from your system soon.
