Our skin and body are very delicate and sensitive we all need to take special care of it, that our skin and body remain safe and clean all the time. Our skin comes in touch with different types of pollution and infections, our body also faces a lot of hard work all throughout the day and we have to be careful and make our skin and body  really ready to faces all the types of problem that comes our way and we need to follow some daily to routine to have beautiful and healthy skin and body. Here are some special tips to take care of our body and skin:

Follow your diet

A healthy, well-balanced diet is not only good for your body, but for your skin as well. Each day, you should eat five fruits and vegetables, which are rich in antioxidants.  This will help you maintain beautiful, healthy skin. What you put into your body is just as, if not more, important to the health of your skin as what you put on it. So make sure you're eating the things that will nourish your skin and promote overall glowy-ness. Conversely, know what foods you should be staying away from, as they can trigger flare-ups and dullness.

Don't use the same towel for your face and hair

When you're towel-drying your hair post-shower, make sure you've got a second towel on hand for your body and face. Even though your hair is clean, oils from your scalp and any shampoo and conditioner residue on your strands can transfer to a towel. If you then use that towel to dry your face, you're asking for a breakout. Many conventional hair care products can cause breakouts on your face, shoulders, and back because the chemicals and oils in the products will build up over time and clog pores. And anything that foams or suds probably contains sulfates, which are highly irritating to people with sensitive skin. Opt for hair care with natural ingredients and think about cutting down to only washing your hair every few days.

Drink Lots of Water

Probably the easiest thing you can do for your skin is to drink water. It'll help your digestive system, flush toxins that would otherwise pop up on your face, and plumps up your skin in a gorgeous way. Water is essential to maintain the optimum skin moisture and deliver essential nutrients to the skin cells. It replenishes the skin tissue and increases its elasticity. This helps delay the appearance of signs of ageing like wrinkles and fine lines. Water is a perfect replacement for your expensive anti-ageing treatments. It keeps the skin well hydrated and glistening, thereby, enhancing the complexion. For soft and supple skin, drinking an adequate amount of water is more important than applying topical creams. Drinking enough water combats skin disorders like psoriasis, wrinkles and eczema. It also increases the metabolic rate and improves digestive system to flush out toxins from the body. This in turn gives you a healthy and glowing skin.

Massage your skin applying moisturizer

When we say massage, we mean massage. Rather than dabbing on your face cream, use gentle pressure, massaging it into your skin in a circular motion. Do the same when you wash your face. This simple trick will kick your circulation into high gear. Plus, it feels so good.

Another reason to take that extra Spin class: A good workout doesn't just burn calories, it also helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to your skin. Hate going to the gym? Start a dance party—even if you're the only one busting a move, get your blood flowing and have a blast doing it. Your skin will thank you!

If your complexion is looking a little dull, chances are it needs a little scrub-down. Use a face scrub with round beads to slough off dead skin cells, and glowing skin will emerge underneath. Try to keep exfoliation to only twice a week to avoid irritation.

Nothing is more beautiful on you than your lovely smile. Nothing, we tell you! Finish off your look with a grin and you'll feel better every time, we promise.
