Monsoon has arrived in India and at many places, there will be water logging. Increase in Typhoid fever, jaundice and chicken pox is already there. There will be high humidity leading to various skin infections. Worm infestation in adult and young children will be on rising. Poor water hygiene coupled with poor personal hygiene will add to the problem. 

Prevention is better than cure

All personnel should maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and sanitation and also of surroundings. Cleanliness proper airing and lighting of the living area should be of utmost importance. 

Water storages should be monitored regularly. 

Use mosquito repellents. Avoid mosquito bites during the day to prevent your self from Dengue, Chikungunya and Typhus fever. 

People keeping pets at home should be more careful.

•Drink lots of warm water.

•Set lifestyle routine. 

•Avoid exposure to extreme of temperature.

•Eat Balance diet.

•Maintain high standard of personal hygiene and care.

•Always wash your hands before and after food intake.

Don'ts 

•Don't eat food from vendors who store and serve food in a dirty environment.

•Don't expose to AC environment as it will spread the disease especially chickenpox and viral fever.

•Don't let water accumulate in coolers or mugs buckets or potholes.
