Here are few tips for oral hygiene:

  1. Shower daily
  2. Fighting bad breath
  3. Drink plenty of water
  4. Brush and floss regularly
  5. Treat any existing oral diseases
  6. Eat crunchy fruits and vegetables
  7. Cut out coffee
  8. Chew sugarless gum
  9. Eat yoghurt
  10. Get your vitamins
  11. Make sure your intimates are not tight, cotton is a preferred material
  12. Soak, scrape, brush, scald, peel or wash all fruit, salad and vegetables
  13. Cut meat and vegetables with separate knives and chopping/cutting boards
