In order to maintain good health and eventually right weight for our bones to handle, we should REDUCE SUGAR REDUCE OIL REDUCE SALT from our regular food style.We always maintain and slog to the extreme to get the right lifestyle. Then, why not do the same for our food style.Our daily food regimen is never complete with these three STHAMB, the three pillars of our food culture i.e. Sugar Salt Oil. Without realising how much these go in our food plate, we continue eating the same way and land up with different disease conditions by rising blood sugar rising blood pressure and rising cholesterol.Today, we find these conditions raising their heads in the younger generation, which was considered to be old age related. This is all due to wrong food habits and wrong food consuming time. To fire it up, there is no exercise. All these lead us to a path for medications and medications. There is no way to return, unless we do not take care of the content that goes in our food, the contents are our very own desirous elements i.e Sugar Oil Salt.The principle of healthy living is very simple.Take care of these three factors and exercise. You are already on the path to health. There is no need to follow so called “Diet Regimen”. Just consciously avoid oil rich food, salt rich snacks and sugar rich dessert.
