About Menstrual Periods-

Having Monthly periods can be frustrating and stressful at times, and painful or uncomfortable at others. However, when you are prepared physically and mentally for your period, it can be much easier to deal with.  So it is better if you can know you and your body to prepare for crisis

- Keep track of your periods

- Maintain a menstrual diary

-Keep  Tampoons or pads always with you where ever you go especially around periods date

-Wear comfortable clothes

-Take adequate liquids in periods

-Dont torture yourself in case you have pain or heavy periods.Consult gyaenc at earliest and seek help

If you are comfortable yourself then only you can focus on other things.Life cannot go on by carrying all burderns in mind just to prove yourself as a MULTITASKER
