Choose the Best Aloe Vera Gel to Rub on your Face -

1. The higher the percentage, the better - Try to find one that has the least number of ingredients & the highest percentage of Aloe Vera - there’s no such thing as 100% Aloe Vera Gel.

2. Watch out for tricky wording - Label should read 99% pure Aloe Vera or make sure Aloe Vera is first on the ingredients list. 100% Gel means it is pure Gel & not Aloe Vera.

3. Check the expiration date - Look for labels having a shorter shelf life - which might mean a cleaner product.

4. Avoid Aloe Vera Gels that contain alcohol, fragrance & colour- Alcohol & fragrance can be irritants to the skin.

Aloe Vera Gel should be clear - there’s no reason for it to be green.
