Importance of Toothpaste
7 September, 2016
- Using a fluoridated toothpaste reduces the risk of tooth decay and also hardens the tooth enamel.
- Parents should supervise their children's brushing, and use only a pea-sized smear of fluoride toothpaste until they are about 7 years old.
- Don't rush, when you brush: For maximum results, brush your teeth for at least 2 to 3 minutes.
- Brush twice a day, keep tooth problems away: Brushing twice a day removes the tiny left out food particles from the mouth and keeps it fresher and cleaner.
