Heart defects are leading cause of neonatal mortality. There are ways to diagnose them ahead of time (before birth) and prevent untoward consequences.
Parents also should understand nature of the problem and prepare themselves mentally as well as physically to face it. The right of parents and mother should be honoured.
As we live in a society, we have to follow law of land.
