Now-a-days most of the people are suffering from various health issues like cardiac arrest, joint pains, Diabeties mellitus,Infertility issues, brain related issues etc all because of following an unhealthy lifestyle.
Unhealthy lifestyle includes improper or unhealthy eating patterns, lack of exercise, excess amounts of
stress, inadequate sleep as well as less amount of water intake due to hectic work schedule.

yoga etc. daily for 45mins to 1hour.
4) Focus on portion size control of each
meals that you are having daily rather
than calorie counting.
5) Try to keep yourself stress free either
by doing meditation or listening to a
soothing music or join laughing club etc.
6) Try to have a sound sleep for minimum
of 6-7hours in night time.
7) Try to have sufficient water approx
3ltrs daily rather than having less
water intake.

3) It reduces the chances of diabetes.
4) It reduces the chances of cardiac arrest due
to high cholesterol level.
5) It keeps you energetic all through the day.

7) It controlls more hunger pangs.
Thus, a healthy lifestyle is very much benificial for the body rather than
an unhealthy lifestyle.
