1.Maintainthe food diary and try to  limit the dietaryingestion of foods such as: -cabbage -onions -broccoli -brussel sprouts - Beans- Wheat- potatoes-complex carbohydrate 

2-Ifbacterial overgrowth or an altered flora is strongly suspected,then antibioticwill help

3-Identify themedication like acarbose,lactulose and sorbitol that produces gas

4-Avoidmilk product who has lactose intolerance
