- Bridges :- Lay on your back, Lift the hips, Keep your back straight.
- BirdDog :- Start on your hand and knees. Extend one leg and opposite arm.
- Back Extension :- Lie on floor with face down. Lift head and shoulders keeping hands on floor.
- Superman :- Lie on floor with face down. Try to lift legs and arms in air as much possible.
- Cat Cow Stretch :- Start on your hand and knees. Pull belly up followed by allowing it to sag down.
* Hold Each position for 5 secs. Do 10 reps at a time
* Not to be done in Acute Low Back Pain
* Exercises may vary depending upon the Cause of Back Pain
