With the advancement of technologies in recent years we are getting highly addicted to all the modern aged devices and gadgets which are somehow making our lives more luxurious and comfortable. and these superior equipments are letting those traditional tools out of our ways very rapidly. The list is endless, in this list from tiniest to most giant gadget can be included.

ALTHOUGH concept of E-cigarettes claims that vaping can help a person quit a habit of smoking as it has very less quantity of nicotine as compare to the traditional cigarettes.

 but there has been outbreak of lung injuries AND deaths associated with vaping and E-cigarettes(EVALI).in year 2020.regular tobacco contains 7000 chemicals,which affect some or the other vital organ of a person who is consuming it.E-acetate has been found in lung fluid sample of all EVALI patients.

Vape oils which are used in E-cigarettes contain a host of chemicals and metals that may be harmful to lungs ; including nickel,tin,and lead and flavouring substances like di-acetyl they also contains a honey like textured substance which is vit –E acetate this chemical is addictive so although E-cigarettes contains less of a nicotine but can be addictive and can lead a person to go on down road of a traditional smoking methods again rather than helping  them quitting this habit due to craving and addiction development.

-nicotine raises blood pressure and spikes adrenaline.resulting in increased heart rate and greater risk of heart attack which hasbeen proven to be the 1/3rd of deaths from heart disease.

-E-cigarette users were 56% more likely to have heart attacks.

Here is quick guidelines for what can be done to be more cautious while using an E-cigarettes.if you are trying to use it as a tool for quitting your habit of a traditional smoking.

1.do not use THC containing E-cigarettes or vaping products.

2.do not add any substances to a vaping device that are not intended by a manufacturer.

3. avoid using informal sources.

Remember  E-cigarettesare not the best tools to cease the smoking as they have not received food& drug administration approval as smoking cessation devices.
