Ingredients required-

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple
  • Few leaves of Tulsi and Mint
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 pinch each of Turmeric, cinnamon and Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Honey

(You can also add some amla and thyme, if available.)

Blend all ingredients together and have around 75 ml (1/2 cup) at least 3-4 times a day.
