Most of the people having inflammation inside the body for which whole body pain/partial body pain /joint pain occurs.The root cause behind it is less inclusion of anti-inflammatory foods into their daily diet,more of

junk foods/fully processed foods intake,lack of exercise,less water inake ,high stress level,less sleep in night.  

Healthy diet tips - 1) Include less oily foods,more of fiber rich ,vit-c rich,protein rich foods,less of simple

                                    carbs and more of complex carbs like brown rice,millets ,brown sugar etc into your

                                      diet.   

                                 2) Include fruits ,different varieties of salads ,dry fruits,different types of seeds such as 

                                      flax seeds,chia seeds,sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds,watermelon seeds ,in non-veg

                                      fatty fish like salmon,tuna,mackerel etc into your diet.

                                   3) avoid super refined foods and food products like biscuits, cookies, white sugar,white 

                                      maida ,white salt into your diet.   

                                    4) avoid eating packaged or ready to eat unhealthy snacks which aggravates the 

                                       condition .

                                     5) Drink plenty of water not less than 3ltr minimum in a day,keep yourself active 

                                          all through the day.

                                       6) Add on green vegs and leafy vegs into your diet,different types of pulses and

                                          legumes ,low fat milk or milk products into your diet. 

                                       7) Do breathing yoga or meditation for 10-15mins daily for reducing stress level 

                                           and a get a good sleep in night.
