1. Always get up before sunrise or at the time of sunrise
  2. 5 mins of mild stretching to avoid spasms.
  3. Get 2 glass of water preferably kept in copper or silver vessels overnight.
  4. Drink slowly, sip by sip to have better digestion and cleaning. 
  5. Select exercise according to your age. 
  6. 20 mins cardio (Suryanamaskar, walking or climbing stairs) 
  7. 10 to 15 mins of breathing exercise like Pranayama or Anulom-Vilom (observe your breath- which helps you to calm down) 
  8. Start the day with a big smile on your face.
