1. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FIRST
There are limited & reduced slots, new ways of working, we want to maintain social distancing at all times. Clinic & their team is working hard, they will require to be prepared to see you. You can give your details & answer basic queries while booking an appointment. You must download the Aarogya Setu app & use it. You may not be seen, if you drop in unannounced (as there may not be any slot available).
2. MINIMUM BAGGAGE
Do not take any unnecessary stuff with you like big handbags, laptops,shoulder bags, hats, scarfs, umbrella, multiple mobile phones, junky or large jewelry. Carry a small, simple wallet or a card. Being minimalistic is beautiful.
3. SOLO VISIT
Yes, visit by yourself. No family or friends required for your eye checkup. Ask the person who accompanies to stay out of the premises.Do not bring children, if they are not to be seen by the doctor. If you cannot manage by yourself (Elderly & children), you can bring along an attendant. The attendant may be requested to stay out of the clinic. Why unnecessarily risk another person to the exposure n vice versa.
4. NO TOUCH
Try not to touch any surfaces, handles, doorknob, railing. The lesser surfaces you touch, the lesser are your chances to pick any infections. Use a sanitizer, if you accidentally touched some surfaces.Sit at the place you are asked to sit.
5. KEEP YOUR VISIT SHORT
Short & safe is the goal. Waiting will be minimized. Report 5 minutes before your appointment. After confirmed appointment & registration---->screening/Aarogya setu app,---->thermal check,---->hand sanitisation----> screening/declaration form of COVID infection & Treatment consent form (as per govt.norms) --->clinic Consultation. Yes, things are changing!
6. DIGITAL PAYMENTS
It is best that you make all your payments for services digitally using cards/net banking/Paytm or other apps. Currency can be given if you want, but best to go digital.
7. ONLINE FOLLOWUP
Follow up can be done online. Dilation appointment can be fixed with home dilation at a later visit.
