Now a days diabetics is a very common disease. In some cases, the majority of people could not recognize the diabetic symptoms until and unless the blood tests revealed so.

1) Increased urination, excessive thirst

When there is too much glucose (sugar) in your blood you will urinate more often. If you are urinating more than usual, you will need to replace that lost liquid. You will be drinking more than usual.

Weight loss is the most common symptom for type 1 Diabetes. As the insulin in your blood is not working properly, and your cells are not getting their energy, your body may react by trying to find more energy - food. You will become hungry.

3) Skin problems

A feeling of itchiness on your skin is sometimes a symptom of diabetes.

4) Slow healing

It is the common symptoms, which every one knows. When there is more sugar (glucose) in your body, its ability to heal can be undermined.

5) Fatigue and irritability

If your insulin is not working properly, glucose will not be entering your cells and providing them with energy. This will make you feel tired. Irritability can be due to your lack of energy. If you have any of this symptoms, should not underestimate to take blood sugar test.
