2. Milk
Milk helps to replenish the calcium lost through breastfeeding in a mother’s body , hydrates and helps in increasing breast milk as well
3. Methi dana, Saunf, Jeera
These ingredients help in boosting milk supply. Include them in your curries, parathas, or even in your herbal tea. Simply soak one teaspoon of any ingredient in half a bowl of water overnight. Strain it and drink the water the following morning
4. Til (Sesame Seeds)
These tiny seeds are powerful ingredients to increase milk supply. So why not stock up on those famous Maganlal Chikkis or make some til gud chikki at home if your are breastfeeding
5. Nuts
Almonds and Cashews are considered as galactogogues (foods that help in milk production). Indulge in a handful of cashews and almonds after a session of breastfeeding, make a powder and add to your smoothies and shatavari kalp
6. Shatavari Kalpa
Shatavari, sometimes known as wild asparagus, is primarily a reproductive tonic (both male and female), a demulcent for the digestive system, and a powerful adaptogen

7. Methi (Fenugreek) / Palak
Include plenty of methi/ Palak in your diet. This promotes and increases milk secretion
8. Dalia (Broken Wheat)
A traditional dish mostly given to nursing moms in North India, that helps in improving the quantity of milk
