*** ***** ******* ************* **** *** ** * ***** **** ** ************ **** ** ***** That the fact that we were regularly consulting her regarding abnormal bleeding that my wife was suffering yet she did not even once mention that my wife should do a pregnancy test even when, as we found out, all the signs were of a complication already present. She kept treating my wife for hormonal imbalance and it led to a situation where had it not been a stroke of rare luck, I would have lost my wife in the middle of a highway 200km away from our home.
It was Dr, Leena Sridhar we had consulted all through our first pregnancy and we welcomed our daughter through a C-Section on July 11, 2021. After delivery her periods were regular but after 10 months she suffered with intense bleeding with clots, we immediately went to Dr. Leena and explained the status and she briefly mentioned about the hormonal changes that occur after pregnancy and also recommended to get few tests done along with ultrasound. On June 6, 2022, we showed the reports to Dr. Leena Sreedhar and she stuck to her diagnosis that it was a hormonal issue and treatable. Again, my wife asked for the pregnancy doubt, mentioned clots on which she mentioned that no it is because of the hormonal issues and all the reports are clear. She prescribed to continue the medication for hormonal issue only and visit again once the bleeding stops. But it didn’t stop despite taking the medicines. Trusting our doctor, we stayed on the medicines she had given us and while on the grounds the bleeding never stopped (spotting one day and heavy bleeding other days). But it was when we went a weekend trip to Jaipur, things started becoming more and more troublesome. My wife started suffering from more and more bleeding including the clots during the journey, but by the time we reached Jaipur, it had stopped, and we decided to wait for the night to see if it returned. Thankfully, the night went by somehow and the next morning, we immediately decided to head back to Delhi and visit Dr. Leena since the situation seemed abnormal.
However, the next few hours turned out to be absolute nightmare to us, my wife had started bleeding profusely, and we rushed back towards delhi, however my wife had started to go unconcious due to all this bleeding and had it not been our extreme good luck of finding *** **** hospital nearby, my wife would have been dead. We had tried calling and sending pictures to her on whatsapp but her response was cold and not helpful at all. *** ***** ******* ********* **** ** **** ** ***** ** ***** ** *** ****** ** ********

Happy with: Wait timeValue for moneyTreatment satisfactionExplanation of the health issueDoctor friendliness
Dr. (Lt Gen) CS Narayanan sir and the complete staff at Manipal Hospital, Dwarka (particularly Ms Mamta & Mr. Mohit) are beyond amazing. We are very pleased and satisfied with all aspects of my wife's procedure, care and appointments, especially the result in an awfully brief span of time. Highly recommend!
We counseled Dr. (Lt Gen) CS Narayanan sir when my wife suddenly complained of numbness in hand & legs, could no longer walk and became bedridden. Her health was rapidly deteriorating. We had a anxious breakdown and we were not in a position to decide anything.
Dr. (Lt Gen) CS Narayanan sir at that time assured us that nothing will happen and everything will be fine. We have just followed whatever he suggested to us. He performed some necessary tests, diagnosed GBS disease timely and post giving required medicine and treatment, presently my wife's wellbeing is appearing great enhancement.
Dear God Dr. (Lt Gen) CS Narayanan sir,
We can’t find enough words to express our gratitude for your swift and expert care during my wife's recent emergency.
Your optimism and encouragement lifted our spirits during the hardest days.
Your calm confidence and clear guidance every step of the way gives us strength and helps us to overcome this hardship.
Grateful for your excellent treatment and the new life you’ve given to my wife, my son, me, my family.
May I also thank your team together with the other Doctors for the attention and hospitality accorded to us. My sincere thanks go also to the Nurses, Ward attendants, management staff, housekeeping staff and all other medical staff.

We have visited Dr. Leena Sreedhar for my High risk pregency ( 39 years, 3rd c- section ,ivf - twins ). Our pregency was very precious for us because we had lost our 2 babies in neonatal stage from previous 2 c- sections ( some other Doctor ). Dr. Leena Sreedhar understood our situation in our first visit itself with great patience. I was very comfortable to tell all my doubts regarding ivf medicines which I was given in my ivf treatment. She is speaking God to us - whose words give hopes & actions creates happy families. We like Dr. Leena Sreedhar a lot. I was worried about my 3rd c - section, but with Dr .Leena Sreedhar everything was very comfortable. We are blessed by twin babies. Thanks for all the help she has done & thanks for her blessings. Now we are consulting paediatrician in the same hospital, Dr. Leena shreedhar is in the same floor, whenever she is walking in lobby & sees us, she will come & see the babies, which we like the most. Visited Dr. Davinder Kundra (Pulmonologist)
On 14 December 2020, My mother suffered from severe breathing issues may be due to sudden change in weather conditions hence we took appointment in Manipal Hospital & the customer care suggested Dr. Devinder Kundra, since the beginning the attitude of Dr. does not seems to be professional & when we entered consultation room as per our turn he didn’t treat my mother (age 67 years) **** *** ******* * *** ******* *** *** **** *** ********** ******** ******* ***** ** ****** **** *** ** ***** ** ******** *** ******* *** ** ****
He wrote some tests but asked us to first get the COVID-19 test done saying that none of the tests will be done before having Covid-19 report & we complied with the requirement by having COVID-19 tests for all the family members for assurance & when the reports came negative for all, I visited hospital again for recommended tests samples & x-ray but when tried to consult doctor again for reports review, we have been asked by the doctor to wait even when there were no patients inside consultation room except one girl who seems to be medical representative of some company which we later got to know and for that MR Doctor kept us waiting for almost 30 mins & later sent his assistant who told us that we need to re-register for consultation as reports review consultation is not free.
Why this was not told earlier & why did the Doctor kept a Senior citizen waiting *** ******* *************** **** *** ********* ** ********** *** *** ********* ********* ********* * ** ****** ***** ********* ** ***** ** ** *** * **** **** We respect Doctors so much & in return they behave so badly with our parents who are Senior Citizens which is totally unacceptable.
Visited Dr. Lalit Kumar Lohia (Orthopedic surgeon) For ACL &PCL ReconstructionFracture Treatment
He is a marvellous doctor with highly precise skills when it comes to OT. but above all he bears great human characters who treats each patient with respect. He possesses great empathy for his patients . I had met an bike accident that caused very severe injury to my knee. For months i was helpless and without any improvement even after spending majority of my financial savings. I visited many named orthopedist and let my savings flow in their pocket with a hope that i will be able to walk again but everything went into vein. I had completely lost my faith to doctors . I visited the honourable “Dr lalit lohia” having same mindset that i developed during past few months of my struggling among other doctors and thought i wont get any improvement in my health from him also (since i had lost my faith to doctors n was completely hopeless). But after my first consultation with him , he filled me with a new hope that i never thought would come to me. Ohh god , that man was so charmful that i still cant forget my first visit to him. I was filled with a new positiveness about my health when i left his office. He even didnt charge his consultation fee after hearing my story of suffering and stumbling from one doctor to another. I was not only able to walk but i was able to run with no discomfort at all and that too within 4weeks under his treatment. He is the man who restored my faith on doctors. I think apart from great knowledge and precise skills , that man throws huge vibe of positiveness towards his patients that half of your illness will be cured once you leave his office. When it comes to an orthopedist , i’ve never visited any other doctor since then. That man is truly an art of god.
Visited Dr. Rajnish Sardana (Cardiologist)

** *** *** ******* *** ******** *** **** ***** **** *********** ***** *** ** ***** Dr. Rajnish Sardana is rude, lacks empathy towards the patient or their family, will not explain or give any insights into patient’s health, improvement or recovery. His ideal patient would be those who would just sit and listen to his condescending remarks and will get all tests done from Manipal’s expensive facility. If you are not that person, then I am quite sure you will leave appalled, frustrated and completely unsatisfied.
** ** ****** ********* *** * ****** *** doesn’t take time to listen or explain you things and god forbid if you ask for clarification on something more than once. He will make sure you feel that you know nothing and are brainless.
We went there for my mother, who is a cancer patient and had adverse effects on her heart. We got her ECG and echo test done from outside, which the doctor frowned upon. He wants tests to be done at manipal. We asked for ways that her heart can improve, a particular question being around physical exercise since he said no medicine can improve heart’s condition. Instead of taking time to explain us, he fired back snobbishly asking how can physical activity improve it.
For a layman, all a patient can do is ask question, it’s the doctor’s duty to clarify our doubts and misinformation, if any. I have taken out time to write this review and I don’t last remember the last time or even if I have ever wrote a negative review for a doctor. I hope this review helps someone ** ******** * ****** ****** *** ****** * **** *** *** ******** ** **** **** *** ********* *** ** ******** *********
Visited Dr. Shubham Jain (Surgical Oncologist) For Cancer Surgery

Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
I am so thankful to both god and Dr Shubham Jain, he is a marvel from the day I met him he has done everything that he could in my father's treatment on every front may it be medical, may it be helping me get right resources, financial, also helped my father to get over his physiological and mental breakdown.
Case: My father was queried for cancer in CBD, even after all reports, endoscopy, ERCP, culture sample, and brush cytology, reports were not pointing definitely but hats off to his medical experience he suggested surgery and it was during the surgery itself that we got the confirmation that was his look into the future he predicted what is happening and how shall we tackle it hats off to his gut feeling and medical experience to predict the margin cases at times what reports mis.
God knows I can't thank him enough for being so kind and so humble to my father. He planned everything that he could and as a result affected tissues were removed under his guidance. Even during the surgery, he kept me well posted of my health status and what he had planned as the next phase of his treatment understanding my restlessness.
on a very personal note, his voice really relaxes me.
He is so humble and so kind I always asked him and disturbed him with my silly little doubts but he was so kind every time he reverted with a mesmerizing smile on his face and an answer that would in itself rest the case.
salute to his kindness, patience, and surgical oncology skills. For those of you who are in a situation similar to mine trust me he is the ultimate solution for sure my recommendation is 200% you will be glad to take his opinion on all medical and emotional fronts.
"AND AGAIN I COULDn't OVERSELL HIS 1 QUALITY THAT HAS MADE ME HIS PREACHER - HIS KINDNESS"
on the very first day, I read a quote on his calendar "KINDNESS ALWAYS COMES BACK"
Regards to all of you.
Visited Dr. Lalit Kumar Lohia (Orthopedic surgeon)
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with an orthopaedic doctor that I feel compelled to share. I visited Dr.Lalit for a consultation regarding a persistent ankle injury or my brother but unfortunately, my encounter with this doctor left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and ultimately dissatisfied with the care I received.
***** *** ********* ** ***** ********* * ******** **** ** *************** *** ******* ****** ** ****** Instead of approaching my concerns with a compassionate and understanding demeanor, the doctor's behavior was remarkably rude and condescending. Not only did Dr. Lalit fail to listen attentively to my description of the issue, but they also scolded and belittled me, making me feel embarrassed and invalidated as a patient seeking help.

This lack of attention to detail and disregard for important medical information is both alarming and unacceptable.
Adding to my disappointment, Dr. Lalit demonstrated a complete lack of punctuality. Despite scheduling my appointment well in advance, I was left waiting for an excessive amount of time in the waiting area. Not only is this unprofessional, but it also shows a blatant disregard for the value of my time as a patient. It is deeply frustrating to have to endure such lengthy delays, especially when dealing with a painful and debilitating injury.
Overall, my experience with Dr. Lalit was extremely negative. Their unprofessional behavior* ******* ** ******** ****** ** ******* ******* *** *** ******* and lack of punctuality are clear indicators of a lack of commitment to patient care. As someone seeking help and guidance for my orthopaedic issues, I expected to be treated with respect and receive accurate and timely medical attention. Unfortunately, Dr. Lalit fell far short of these expectations, leaving me feeling let down and discouraged.
I strongly urge others to reconsider visiting this orthopaedic doctor based on my personal experience. It is essential to find a healthcare professional who not only possesses the necessary expertise but also treats their patients with respect, empathy, and professionalism. ****** *** ***** ****** ** **** **** *** **** ***** ********* ** ******* ***** *** I would caution anyone in need of orthopaedic services to seek alternative options for their medical needs.
Visited Dr. (Maj Gen.) Darshan Singh Bhakuni (Internal Medicine) For Rheumatic Arthritis

In the numerous interactions I’ve had with different doctors across various specializations…one thing stands out quite clearly. **** ******* *** ***** ***** *** combine right knowledge & experience of their field with right amount of empathy for their patients and patience to talk to their patients. What makes Dr.Bhakuni best of the best - is the fact that he brings the above mentioned traits in a specialization which is so niche. Imagine being best in Astrophysics and then having the patience to explain astrophysics to a layman.
Rheumatology related issues are, to say the least, quite complex. But Dr.Bhakuni has his own ways of simplifying it for his patients.
I first visited him about 5 months back when my father complained of severe stiffness and pain across his joints. Being a cardiac arrest survivor he was already on a heavy medication regime. Dr. Bhakuni took time to understand his history, patiently yet objectively explained the diagnosis to us. And while I was dreading another long list of medicines - he prescribed just two !
As for the results - my father is doing much better now (walking an avg of 5 kms a day) while his Rhematoid parameters remain under control. Cant thank him enough for the treatment Dr Bhakuni had prescribed.
Keep spreading the magic Doctor (and as you so often say - for next 36 years !)
Visited Dr. Khushbu Goel (Neurologist)
I have taken appointment with Dr. Khushbu Goel in Manipal hospital in Dwarka in last week for my wife Pawan Preet Kaur. We met her in OPD on the same day around 1pm ,after diagnosing my wife ,she has prescribed medicines to her and also suggested for MRI. Also she had insisted that we have to go for MRI from hospital only .The reason we get to know afterwards when we end up paying 24500/ for MRI ,which is appx double price than open market renowned testing centers .Even then its ok as mine concern was my wife treatment .Next day we visit to her again to show MRI and to take her review .But to my surprise she was unable to understand MRI and couldn't able to explain us the problem .Even when my wife told her that she is not having any improvement in her pain from her described medication than to our surprise she become full arrogant and told us that we can change DR if we are not satisfied with her.
Totally unacceptable response from a Sr. doctor from a prestigious and reputed hospital. From her attitude it assume that her main motive was only MRI ,but not the treatment. Such a unprofessional and unsympathetic
response from a Doctor which is not acceptable at all.
