My Father called in 15 times to get an appointment, finally, an appointment was given, the doctor told my dad he seems very busy (understandable) and seems only 4-5 patients/day. When my dad went to his clinic there were already 6-7 patients waiting. My Father paid the fees the assistant requested and waited for his turn.
My father is 72+ old, and when my dad's turn was in so he explained to the doctor about his medical condition and what was going on with the case history. The doctor completely disregarded the reports and was not even willing to look into the case history, CT scan, and documents that could have provided valuable information to Dr. Sandeep Nayar by the previous doctor.
He kept insisting take his medications for 5-7 days and come for a Biopsy, then my dad asked to let him know what medications on his prescription are also on the prescription he had with the previous doctor so that he doesn't have to buy new medications? (He asked a valid Question)
To his surprise, he shouted arrogantly if you want to get treated with the other doctor then go there why do you come here?

Visited Dr. Manish Jain (Psychiatrist) For Suicidal BehaviorPanic Disorder Treatment
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
Dr Manish Jain Sir has given me a new life , he's not just a doctor but an angel sent by God to save my life.Sir came to my life when I was getting suicidal thoughts out of anxiety and at the very first appointment (where i was under so much anxiety that I could hardly talk to doctor Sir) he spoke to me for an hour and made me so comfortable and confident that without medicine I felt so gud and once Sir started my medication I was doing perfectly fine within a week. I could do all my chores without any hassle which seemed so difficult before Sir had started my medication. I started living and enjoying life like before ...
The most important thing about Sir is that he's the only doctor on this planet who talks to his patients in distress without appointment because he's not just a doctor but a beautiful soul who understands what his patient is going through. Also Sir is the only doctor who gives so much time to his patients .I still remember asking him so many questions about my panic and anxiety thing again and again and Sir would answer all my questions with a smile , he would never get irritated or look at the watch . He understands that his patient is in distress and makes sure that the patient gets relief at any cost.He not only looks after his patients but also understands the family too like my daughter is also suffering from anxiety , although I'm his patient still he would always ask and guide for my daughter too , I mean who does that ????? He's definitely not a normal human being he's a pure soul and the bestest of doctors for whom his patient's well being is foremost. And his knowledge about medicines is unmatchable . He's a Super intelligent doctor , I have seen so many doctors but nothing could beat his knowledge about psychaitric medication , he gives the best of medication without any side effects and he's always there to taper off the medication as soon as the patient shows improvement which is very RARE because once u visit a psychiatrist u become a money wending machine for him and he would never want you to stop medication but Sir is completely opposite of other psychaitrists and believes in getting the patient off the medication as soon as possible.
I thank God almost everyday for sending Doctor Sir in my life else I would have died by now. I can never forget how he saved my life.
I owe him my life.
Thanks Sir 🙏
Visited Dr. Rohit Bansil (Neurologist) For Brain Tumor Surgery
Please understand that this review is coming from someone who is absolutely petrified of medical procedures of any kind. I have this humongous phobia of needles, so you can’t possibly imagine my anxiety when I was diagnosed with brain tumor (right temporal meningioma). I met Dr. Rohit Bansil, on the 13th of June 2024, who upon examining my reports recommended surgery, immediately! Needless to say, I WAS absolutely FLOORED by this guy’s CONFIDENCE, his utmost humility and empathy (of my fears) that nearly 90% of my fear was replaced with faith and the will to live, prior to surgery itself. On the day of the surgery, I wasn’t scared even 1%, that’s the kind of faith I had in him and that’s the kind of confidence he took me under.**** ***** ****** ** *** **** ******** ** ** *** ** *** **** ************* ** *** ******* *** I AM A LIVING TESTIMONY of this guy’s sheer love and dedication towards his profession! I wouldn’t be exaggerating if I said that Dr. Rohit Bansil was sent by the Universe to help me, to save and protect me. He is my saviour! I have nothing but respect and admiration of highest regard for him. Post surgery, I am on my way to 100% recovery, all thanks to Dr. Bansil and his terrific team. I respect you, admire you and wish you greater success in healing people like me, Dr. Bansil. Good luck and shine on!!! I am forever grateful. ⭐️ 💫
Visited Dr. Vinit Banga (Neurologist) For Neurological Problems
Note: This doctor is no longer practicing at BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital
I recently accompanied my grandmother to see Dr. Vineet Banga at BLK Max Hospital and I was extremely impressed with the level of care that he provided. My grandmother had been experiencing severe pain on her face and we were concerned that it may be related to a neurological condition.
Dr. Vineet Banga was very thorough in his examination and took the time to listen to my grandmother's concerns. He was patient and reassuring throughout the entire process, which helped to put my grandmother at ease.
Dr. Vineet's expertise in neurology was evident. He explained his findings in a way that was easy to understand and provided us with a clear diagnosis and treatment plan.He diagnosed her with neurogenic pain-trigeminal neuralgia and successfully managed her condition.
Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Vineet Banga to anyone in need of a neurologist. His expertise, communication skills, and patience make him a top-notch doctor. My grandmother's condition has improved significantly under his care, and we are very grateful to have found him.

** **** ****** ** ** ********* ****** **** great expertise in the domain of Neurology. I had recently received a treatment from him for the fatal disease GBS (Gullian Barre Syndrome). He is a very understanding, soft-spoken and empathetic doctor.
However, his administration staff coordinator Miss Ankita is making the mockery of the entire hospital administration. The experience with her is extremely awful and pathetic... Provides the appointment slot for the doctor (for the first follow-up post discharge from hospital) 3 days ago for 1:45 pm and on the date of appointment says no slot is there... Moreover, keeps arguing and refuses to accept her negligence... ******* **** ****** *** **** ******** ******** Please keep the responsible staff for so senior and humble doctor as such unprofessional and insensitive staff is degrading the name of such reputed organization and doctor.
So even though this doctor must be very good but we have to deal with such highly sick staff in order to consult the doctor... Pathetic experience completely... Never consult this hospital!!
Visited Dr. Pramod Pasari (General Physician)
my mother got operated in blk hospital for a fracture in right leg (intertrochanteric fracture). Post this unfortunate incident, the only good thing I was looking for a good doctor to operate my mother. And we got Dr Pramod assigned to this case from emergency. He is a very nice human being and such a patient listener. I have troubled him a lot during surgery, post surgery and day to day issues. There was not even a single instance when he acted like a doctor, he stayed like an extended family member. Highly unexpected as lot of other doctors at blk stay in their own imaginary world of superiority. He was always willing to pick my call and guide us even if that is just a regular consolation. I visited 2 times post my surgery and even though more senior doctor was available but I want to wait for him only - does not matter how long I have to wait. Thank you sir, I do not think I can be of any use/help to you. But if i can ever be of any help, I would consider myself lucky. lots of love and respect.
Visited Dr. Shilpi Sachdev (Laparoscopic Surgeon (Obs & Gyn)) For Gynae Problems

This is my best regards to Dr. Shilpi Sachdev who supported me in very crucial time when i was suffering with lower abdomen pain since few weeks & reviewed by other doctor recommended for some test like USG TVS lower abdomen. I got my USG done ,there was 7.7mm cyst in my left ovary and swelling inside too. I went to doctor for reviewing my USG report as usually & she told me for small operation regarding the same,I was lil socked to heard this and felt scary too and then i decided for second opinion & i had heard
very good things for Dr. Shilpi from many of my colleague & friends then i consulted with dr. shilpi & in my first meeting she treated me as like as we are good friend from long. She gave me solution of my problem ,she putted me on medicine for resolving the cyst for one month and suggested me some suitable medication for pain & also called up me after every three to four day for reviewing the current situation & i recovered speedy from said problem only because of her ....................You are wonderful, caring doctor, keep smiling and keep doing what you do so well.
Thank you for every thing that your have done for me.
Visited Dr. Sameer Mehrotra (Cardiologist) For Pacemaker Implantation

Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
Dr. Sameer Mehrotra is not only an amazing doctor; he is a wonderful person too. I took my wife to him few weeks back who was suffering from irregular and low heart-beat.
Professionally he is fully dedicated. For example, when an important Echo is being done, he would ensure his presence there for some time perhaps to observe for himself some important parameters, though at that time he is on round to his indoor patients and it means lot of extra walking and his precious time. Post-surgery he changed the dressing himself and observed very carefully the healing process of the cut. He not only explained the medicines prescribed in detail including its purpose, time, dose, possible implications etc., but also why he stopped some of the medicines. He followed the proper process to decide that she requires a pacemaker to be implanted, so that there is no complication later.
He is professionally very ethical also. We feel that he did not advise any unnecessary test or procedure.
He is polite, friendly, listens carefully, always approachable, does not get irritated of repeated questions, and keeps the patient and his next-kin fully satisfied. He also spends time to boost the morale of the patient. He would always respond to the text and WhatsApp messages even during odd hours which reduce the anxiety in the family.
He has an able and helpful coordinator (Mr. Rajeev) who coordinated between us and the doctor/ hospital to make the experience even better.
To us, he came as if he was sent by the God at a time when we were in distress; and he exceeded our expectations. He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending him to anyone.
Visited Dr. Shilpi Sachdev (Laparoscopic Surgeon (Obs & Gyn)) For Normal Vaginal Delivery (NVD)

I visited Dr shilpi Sachdev for my fertility issues.she really helped me cope up with my issues and eventually I conceived. She is someone who is very approachable and listens to your problem with utmost patience. Dr shilpi eased my pregnancy too and despite having multiple medical and pregnancy related issues she gave normal.delivery a try first and was successful too. Through out my pregnancy she was always there and even post that it was a smooth sail. Each and every issue through out my treatment and pregnancy was handled and explained very well by her. Even the ones I have recommended her to, have been very happy and satisfied with her approach .She is a very patient, calm, approachable, knowledgeable and a very efficient doctor .
Visited Dr. Rakesh Mahajan (Orthopedic surgeon)
My mother had lot of shoulder pain. For 3-4 years she had to sleep one side only and experienced many sleepless nights . Number of Doctors were consulted and they all were prescribing some pain killers and calcium supplements which always provided a temporary relief. Finally, I consulted Dr. Mahajan at BLK Max and it was by Chance( I had no prior information about him before that). . Based on Radiology tests, he suggested for Arthroscopic surgery. The surgery was sucessfully conducted in December, 2021. From last 14 months, my mother is feeling fine and can sleep both ways. The pain is no more there. The best thing about Dr. Rakesh Mahajan and his team is that they explain each and every aspect of the problem, explain the radiology reports etc. These things help the patient to take right decision at right time and in right manner.
