Visited Dr. Raj Kumar (Pulmonologist) For Lung Infections Treatment
Hoped for better:Â Doctor friendliness
My father was suffering from Acute chest congestion. I called Aashlok hospital at noon and asked if a pulmonologist doctor was available. They told me Dr Raj Kumar was available from 2:pm to 4:pm. My father left from his work place which was about 10kms away and I left from another location which was about 7kms away from this place and both of us reached this hospital at about 3:35pm. We left our offices , clients and work during the day to see the doctor. When we reached the guy at reception gave us a form to be filled, then my father was made to wait and thereafter he was taken to the nursing room where his vitals were checked. By the time we reached outside Dr. Raj Kumar room, it was 4:pm. Dr. Raj Kumar was with another patient in his room and when he was done the ward boy handed over him my father's paper. Dr. Raj Kumar called someone from hospital staff and then walked up to us and said that last patient I see is at 3:45 which I have seen and he plainly refused to treat my father.
I requested him that my father is suffering from Acute wheez congestion, facing difficulty in breathing, we have left our work and come from different location. The doctor told us to go talk to hospital staff. I told him that I had called the hospital well in advance and I was told no appointment is required patient can meet Dr. Raj Kumar walk in between 2pm to 4pm, but doctor Raj Kumar was least concerned. ** **** ** ** ** **** *** ******** *** ******* ****** ** ********** ****** ** **** ** **** ******* *** ****** ** ***** *** All this conversation lasted for about 10 minutes and the doctor could have easily diagnosed my father in these 10 minutes. Visited Dr. Nitin Sethi (Neurologist) For Neurological Problems
Never knew,I would be charged the same amount(Rs2000) as the consultation fee(Rs2100) just for showing the lab reports which he advised me to do...I have never come across,in my whole life, any doctor who charges me Rs 2000 within a week after consultation after getting tests done from the diagnostic centres which I refered me to for which I paid a total of Rs 19,000...Really disappointed!

Visited Dr. Nitin Sethi (Neurologist)
Even though it was a supremely mundane follow up for a surgery which had happened quite a while ago, Dr Nitin was thorough in his examination. Even more so, he took pains to walk me through the prior reports in simple layman's language, before moving on to the current one. I greatly appreciated his practical, no-nonsense advisory approach and would definitely recommend him :)

My name is Rahul Kumar. My mother is Ranju Devi. My mother was very disturbed. He was shown in many places. Due to the Corona period, many doctors have refused treatment.
Later we had contact with Ashoka Hospital, Dr. Puja Sharma Ma'am.
Dr. Puja Sharma Ma'am gave us such nice advice and her way of understanding was very simple, which my mother and I liked very much.
During the treatment of Puja Sharma Ma'am, we came to know that my mother also has a problem with stone, which was a stone of 2 centimeters.
I am very thankful to Dr. Puja Sharma Ma'am, without any complaint.
Madam has fully fit my mother's two operations together on the same day without having to worry.
It was only by talking to Dr. puja Madam's quiet presence that we believed that Dr. puja Madam will do everything right. Thank you so much, ma'am.
My mother my family members are very happy to have you treated.

She is enormously patient and listens to any problem wholeheartedly. She has a calming effect on her patient as well. Also, she thoroughly explains in details regarding a particular symptom, its detection and its treatment. I had an amazing experience with her and would recommend her to everyone. She is very helpful and approachable.
