Rosewalk By Rainbow Hospitals

We are tickled pink over the arrival of new queen in our house on 26th Nov and just wanted to share my experience with Dr. Neha Khandelwal with everyone.

Our parenthood journey started with Dr. Neha Khandelwal when I was in my 4th week (very early pregnancy) and she was with us throughout until my preterm labour. Our princess wanted to come a bit early in 34th week itself but through Dr.'s guidance, we could reach to 37th week and 1 day which was safe to deliver. Our lil angel came when it was totally unexpected and I had pre term contractions. With Dr. Neha's guidance, her team helped trace the unusual fluctuations in my baby's heartbeat and though she had pre planned a family event, she kept everything aside and was there with us to save my baby when we needed her the most. Trust me I was scared to see my angel's heartbeat fluctuations, but as soon as Dr.Neha Khandelwal arrived, it was quite a relief and from that very moment I knew my baby is all safe. Her team tried to get my baby delivered naturally but considering my situation, Dr. Neha suggested c sec without any delay to avoid any risk. Cant forget this when she told her family "can't leave Priya in this situation". I was falling short of words as the gratitude we have towards Dr. Neha can't be described in words and she is the first angel in our life who gifted us our lil princess.

Dr. Neha Khandelwal- We cant express how blessed we all feel to have you in our motherhood journey, would stay connected always. Thank you is such a small word to express what we feel but still would say Biggest Thank You from our family.

I met Dr. Neha during my second trimester, when I was pretty exhausted with a really bad experience in my first trimester. I used to google a lot previously and used to had numerous doubts earlier. But it all changed when I met her for the first time. She spent 30 minutes in getting to know my history, explaining the future diet, emphasised on the exercises and prescribed me medicines. Within seconds, I was sure like she is the one whom I needed from the start. She always used to be so thorough, I seldom had to ask anything else. She is thoughtful, diligent, ******** methodical, and what not ( I am getting short of adjectives here) and a person who can fill you with positivity within seconds. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor.

@Neha Khandelwal Words can't express the love and appreciation I have in my heart for you. I really admire you both as a doctor and as a person. With a lot of gratitude and respect, I want to thank you Dr. Neha for being so patient, caring and helping me get my baby safely to this world.

We approached Dr Helai Gupta in the 5th month of pregnancy at Rosewalk. We brain stormed for a day at Rosewalk on which gynecologist we should choose as there List is endless.

Previously, we had a very bad experience with a senior gynecologist at a reputed hospital in Delhi (don't want to Name any), hence this time we did not want to take any risk in choosing the right gynecologist.

I can assure you that Dr Helai is the best gynecologist in Delhi. With Dr Helai, the entire pregancy was a smooth ride. She was always available on whatsapp, phone or any mode of communication. She was never in a rush during appointments and listened to us carefully if we had any doubts. She had a solution to all our problems and she always went in length to explain everything with patience.

My wife had a normal delivery under the guidance of Dr Helai which I guess is unheard of nowadays. The doctor has high work ethics *** *** ***** *** ******* *** *********** ***** ** ********* ****** *******

I am writing in length, as I want the readers to please choose the right doctor. Initially it was a very tough task to get the right gynecologist, but somehow we landed on the right page with Dr Helai by God's grace.

I will start with the best thing about the doctor, which is her availability and willingness to help via phone call or WhatsApp, even during odd hours. The doctor listens patiently to her patients and is humble and soft-spoken. Additionally, she only advises necessary tests and scans at the right moment, and never forces patients to undergo unnecessary tests for the promotion of the hospital or other reasons.

We had planned for our baby to be delivered in the elite Rosewalk segment of Rainbow hospital, but due to complications during the birth, our baby required neonatal care. Then Dr. Shelly, chose to deliver the baby in the less expensive hospital (Rainbow), prioritising the health of the mother and baby over her own financial gain. Both Rosewalk and Rainbow are part of the same hospital, Rosewalk being the more expensive section with additional services. We are grateful to Dr. Shelly for the exceptional care provided to us and our baby. She was extremely helpful post pregnancy and we still reach out to her for any concerns. I would recommend her to everyone I know and I hope this review helps the readers make a good choice.
