Here is the story.

My dad had an appointment with this doctor names Kapil Agarwal at Apollo speciality, Nehru place. He turned for OTP at 6PM and called us at 4PM. On meeting he told my dad to be operated and *** ******* *** **** *** *** *** duration is 2-3 days stay at hospital as u have medical insurance so as per policy 2 days u have to stay and no test reports required.

He gave us the time for operation at 2 pm and have to fast from 8am. On reaching hospital we came to know doctor never comes on time. The staff people demanded for reports for which we said we where never told about any report. All testing was again done as to get my father admitted. He was at fasting and doctore came at 4:00pm.

After operation til date after disbursal of funds from insurance company he didn't turn up to meet or check my dad after operation. The dates finalised was 3 days and after operation next day morning dad has major pain at 4 am. On calling to the doctor in charge he gave pain killer which relaxed him for a while. Since morning they are calling to get discharged. And doctor is not responding. Never trust him.. he is a not worth person. Better take every thing in written from him ** ** ** * ********

So skilled in his job and very dedicated to seeing that the patient's health improves. I came out from a surgery (Sequestrectomy, Saucerization Decortication in Oesteomylitis). Dr Kumar was part of the team of surgeons whose hands had successfully perfomed it. Thereafter, Dr Kumar performed endoscopic examination to monitor healing progress every 10 days. Though not a comfortable procedure, Dr Kumar was very kind during the whole process as he ensured minimum discomfort. After the procedure he would show me and my daughter the good progress in healing on video. It was like celebrating the excitement of good progress together with our doctor. He was ready to listen and help anytime. Thank you also for filling up the forms and facilitating us with the fit to fly letter. We are now travelling back home to Tanzania. I visited the doctor as I had a few small lumps in my stomach, chest and back which I had developed over the past one year. Doctor extensively examined each and every lump and told these are harmless lypoma (fat deposits) which don't normally require further intervention. I felt very much relieved after the seeing the doctor.
