From 2 years i don't know what happened to me i am not able to eat anything i feel full every time.Sometimes i constipated sometimes I get loose stools 2-3 a day but they are always loose and unformed often I get acidity and i feel severely cold even during summer and feel weak whole day my skin and hair have become worst out of dryness(acne , pigmentation, dandruff, hairfall all sorts of issues)and neither me nor doctor knows what happened to me from years i am suffering 😭😭 I gave up on doctor's now Will yoga help me?? I think my all three doshas are imbalanced bcoz of late night studying and daytime sleeping
