Can I directly eat food after a yoga session i feel intense hunger immediately after performing yoga .I have indigestion issues and i don't feel hungry whole day but after yoga immediately I feel hungry

Don't have food immediately after yoga! You can have light food like dhan ki kheel or murmura to suppress that craving! After intense workout if you are eating that can affect your digestive fire!
