Yoga and its exercises
What is the best time to do yoga exercises , I have a confusion if i ate some snacks or ate very less then what should be the gap to perform yoga like pranayam and other exercises of it . On internet it is said after food u should have a gap of 2.5 or 3hrs . So please tell . When I woke up and i take some tea and very little breakfast like 2 bread with one egg and tea just to clear my bowel . So what time would be perfect for me.

For doing yoga best time is early morning just by taking light food or liquids because early morning your body and mind supports so it would be ideal time but you can do in the evening time also but 3 hours after food

Ideally stomach should be empty during yogic practice. Rather than taking tea egg bread for clearing bowel , you may have a cup of warm water which will serve the purpose.
