Removal of wisdom tooth, of course it hurts but you will be made comfortable before and after treatment. It's an surgery . You need to be in rest for 1 day/ 24 hrs. Give ice pack, which ease the pain and reduce the swelling.
Next Steps
Please visit Oral surgeon at the earliest. Because your teeth are in eruption stage, full teeth is not developed yet , so the removal will be easier.
Health Tips
If delayed more than 3 weeks, then there will more bone and soft tissue damage during extraction and there will be excess swelling.
The teeth are erupting now and that to in angulated form. So you might need extraction in future. And also its affecting the adjacent teeth. So you'll have paib if you dont get the treatment done soon.
No don't worry, extraction will be under anaesthesia so it won't hurt but you have to take some post extraction care.
If you don't have any pain right now and want to delay the procedure, don't delay it more than a month. Because it might have sudden onset of pain.
Hie dear ..u need to go for an extraction because this tooth is tilting towards adjacent teeth which can harm other teeth ....u can avoid yet but needto do in future...
