Wisdom tooth removal.
Have removed my 3 wisdom teeth before. I have one remaining wisdom tooth. I have right side jaw pain chronic for 3 years with no relief. I did upper right wisdom tooth removal only after this jaw pain started. Since the dentist thought my upper right wisdom tooth is causing the jaw pain. Unfortunately it didn't help. Still have jaw pain. So I just dragged this other extraction. Dentist said I have to remove this left upper wisdom tooth too. Is this need to be removed soon? Will that cause more jaw pain? Is this tooth close to sinus?? Attaching images of 2019 & 2022. Jaw pain since 2020. Any changes in my jaw joint and condyles in these 2 x-rays? I have extracted#46 only because of this jaw pain. No issues on tooth though. Extracted and still have pain in that socket and gums. I have white thing on the gum which the dentist said it's bone. But it's been 8 months and it's still there. Can I leave that as it is. It's so tiny on tht gums and sharp to touch.

There are numerous causes of jaw pain , for instance, Temporomandibular joint disorder, improper bite , habits such as clenching, bruxism , improperly placed teeth etc. Looking at your X-ray , yes you can get the upper left wisdom tooth as it doesn't participate in the biting purposes and is vestigial. Coming to tooth 46, you should get it replaced by a bridge or even more efficient option that is a dental implant as it doesn't have an opposing tooth due to which the upper first molar (16) will eventually supraerupt leading to other severe dental complications. White thing on your gum most probably would be a bony spicule or particle , which you must get smoothened by the dentist.
Next Steps
Get a thorough examination done by a dentist. It will help the dentist to rule out the exact cause of your pain

Hi from the xrays attached and the concerns mentioned by you, the main concern being chronic jaw pain can be because of various factors like an uneven bite, grinding of teeth, tmj disorders etc. The upper left wisdom tooth can be extracted as it doesnt have an antogonist tooth. It will be a simple extraction as the tooth is straight and not embedded in bone. Not extracting this tooth will lead to supraeruption . As for the lower right first molar region , post extraction there might be some sharp bone fragments which are giving you trouble , get them smoothened out and use a bettadine rinse. Also since its one of the tooth that participates in chewing , get that tooth replaced so that the bite is balanced.
Next Steps
Get an assessment from an oral and maxillofacial surgeon as your jaw pain is something that needs to be addressed first along with the reason for the pain.

No need to worry at all. Proximity to sinus doesn’t cause any problem. Visit a good dental surgeon n get it removed. You can massage with metrogyl-DG gel in relation to 46 area n do warm saline rinses. 8 months is enough time for a socket to heal. Condyles are okay.
