Hi the best treatment for wisdom tooth problem is to remove the tooth. For now you can take a painkiller and visit your dentist to assess the condition of your wisdom tooth, basis which he may prescribe you some drugs to relieve pain.
Warm saline rinses will help ease pain. Never give heat fermentation.
always insist on an oral surgeon removing your wisdom toorh
Self medication is injurious to health. If wisdom tooth is partially erupting, x ray needs to be taken to see if space is there for it to come or if it is coming out in the right direction. Best is to show to a good reputed dentist & get all this evaluation done at earliest. Running away from real issue is not going to help. Good luck to you. Regards
If you are looking for a long term result then it is better to get it removed .
Wisdom tooth are now considered vestigial as in not required in mouth for chewing purpose.
