Hiii...By seeing the X ray attached by you, the roots of the wisdom teeth is only remaining..& it needs to be extracted... I can see that there is short roots compared to the adjacent teeth... So the procedure will be performed under local anaesthesia, so that portion will get numb for sometime & you won't feel any pain. Healing will take 7 days around...but you will be having medication after extraction that will prevent you having pain after extraction too...

No need to worry mam..roots appear short only..it will come out easily.. since the procedure is done under anaesthesia u don't feel pain
