Un erupted or crossly erupted wisdom tooth always pose a problem to the patients. They might rub on the tongue and cheeks causing ulcer. As a matter of fact any tooth which poses such hazard has to removed or else the chronic ulcers may turn into cancerous ulcer which is life threatening. We at our chennai centre are doing routine screening and management of all these issues .
