Hi, I want to lose fat  in tummy sides and thighs so I wanted to start Apple cider vinegar.. heard that it gives good result, can anyone suggest me is it sfae or good to take or not... thanks

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Hi Apple cider vinegar is good but should be take in moderation and intermittently..but not often inorder to make the most benefit out of it..as it has to be taken the right way following the guidelines ... Lukewarm lemon water on empty stomach upon rising taken twice or thrice a week is most effective and beneficial to lose overweight, flab in the tummy, visceral fat, thigh fat etc.. But along with lemon water some lifestyle modifications say for example daily physical activities such as exercises that particularly focus on the tummy and sides fat will be very effective along with the right kind of dietary management.. Hi Its safe to drink apple cider vinegar in the morning and then go for a brisk walk for 45 mints will give you good result. You need to be on the correct diet as well so eat high fiber foods ,make sure you not eat out side food, deep fried food and processed food, have small frequent meals as well.
