I had c section before 6 month,my weight is 80 kgs and my height is 4.9 bcoz of the over weight im getting back pain ,I tried many exercise but my weight is not reducing,I have to feed my baby also,I need strong diet which help to increase my satmina n reduce my weight fast...?

Weight loss is a process and it has to be done the right way to ensure it is sustainable and long-lasting.
