Case of food poisoning.if its mild simply taking ORS can help.otherwise antibiotics and anti emetics may be needed.

According to your sign and symptom your family member are suffering from some inflammation with infection as Vomiting and stomach upset .
As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start.

It's probably a case of food poisoning
Have you and your family taken anything from outside vendors or something. Irrespective you need to drink water with ors and take antibiotics and anti-emtics if it doesn't resolve
